Serpmonn User Agreement (Offer Contract)

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (hereinafter the “Agreement”) and defines the terms of use of the Serpmonn service available at https://serpmonn.ru (hereinafter the “Service”).

2. Service features

The Service provides users with access to search, news, mini‑games and the Serpmonn AI service. The paid Serpmonn AI Pro plan provides an increased request limit for Serpmonn AI.

3. Serpmonn AI Pro plan price

The price of the Serpmonn AI Pro plan is 2499 rubles per month for 2000 requests to Serpmonn AI.

4. Payment procedure

Payment for the Serpmonn AI Pro plan is made by cashless payment via the YooKassa payment service. The service is considered paid from the moment the payment is successfully processed by the payment service.

5. Plan validity period

Access under the Serpmonn AI Pro plan is provided for 30 calendar days from the moment of payment. After the plan expires, access to the extended request limit is terminated unless the user pays for a new period.

6. Refunds and payment cancellation

Refund issues for paid services are resolved individually upon the user’s request sent to the support address: support@serpmonn.ru.

7. Personal data processing

The procedure for processing users’ personal data is defined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using the Service and/or paying for the Serpmonn AI Pro plan, the user confirms their consent to the terms of this Agreement.
